Location and breakfast for the win
Breakfast! And the staff, friendly and helpful. Great variety of foods to enjoy, coffee good too!
Our room was a little smaller than we anticipated, as was the bathroom. Quite noisy too so we used earplugs and it was ok. Clean and tidy.

Perfect for the 02
The staff were very good with communication before our arrival with requests. Excellent location for the 02 arena. The 108 bus stops opposite the hotel and takes you to the 02 door to door for £1.75. We travelled the same way back to the hotel. Very clean hotel , nice room with very modern bathroom , very good breakfast. I've lowered my score purely on not enough parking spaces (but appreciate that they are free ), and there was no iron in the room as advertised, and I needed one. I had to remind reception that I was still waiting for the requested iron after waiting an hour. Small issues. We will definitely book again if we see something else at the 02. Perfect location
